Facility Agreement
This facility agrees to furnish a room, board, and personal services that may be required for the resident’s health, comfort, grooming, and well-being. In addition, this facility agrees to provide a pleasant and clean environment, which allows the residents to function at his / her highest practicable level.
The daily rate includes the following:
- All meals and snacks served in the facility
- Medication administration
- Personal laundry
- Housekeeping services
- Personal assistance, if needed Assistance with bathing
- Social services, if needed
- Activities in the facility
- Routine monitoring of vital signs
- Smoke-free facility

Our Mother was so well cared for! We could not have ask for better care for her. Has a very homie feeling. Just like having your own little apartment. One of her favorite days was playing Bingo. Everyone is so loving & kind. Couldn’t ask for a better place for your loved one!
Warm,Inviting and Cozy atmosphere. The staff goes above and beyond with their kind, and caring compassion. Families are included in and welcome to be part of daily coming and goings. Activities and celebrations of birthdays and special holidays keep things fun and interactive. In home beauty shop is something everyone enjoys. Impeccable cleanliness makes each and everyone feel at home. I would highly recommend to everyone.
